King Cuisine has its roots in the hearty Tilburg in Noord-Brabant. That is where the entrepreneurial Stok family founds a company that prepared salads for butcheries in the area.
Mediterranean spreads such as tapenade and pesto are added to the assortment.
King Cuisine becomes the first producer to launch chilled fresh olives in the Dutch retail.
The first antipasti products are introduced! These labour-intense products mark the beginning of a broad product range of antipasti’s.
King Cuisine joins Meninvest from France. This is the start of a collaboration with our Belgian sister company Père Olive.
King Cuisine and Père Olive join the Labeyrie Fine Foods Group, an international business that shares the same passion for quality and craftsmanship.
In order to meet the changing consumer demand, we add organic spreads to our assortment and obtain the SKAL-certificate as a result.
Our high-quality hummus, spreads, antipasti and olives are now to be found across all Europe, under our own brands or under the brands of our customers.
