Hummus has its roots in the Middle-East and around the Mediterranean. This creamy spread is traditionally used as a dip. We make our hummus according to a traditional recipe. We use the best chickpeas, the finest sesame, a hint of garlic and a little bit of lemon juice.
The right machinery, a good recipe and the passion of our colleagues have all contributed to the unique ‘homemade’ texture that only King Cuisine can deliver.
Next to the ‘classic’ variant, we’ve got around 20 different innovative recipes: there’s a hummus with a slightly spicy sweet curry, hummus with beets and lime, hummus with harissa (according to a secret recipe :)) or hummus with bits of sun-dried tomatoes… Just to name a few.
